Lydia loves to sit up now and just look around. It's fun to watch her in her various levels of sitting/leaning.

Lydia has a way of looking at you as if she is saying "Do you mind, I'd like some privacy here..." Don't we all wish we were still that flexible?

On Sunday we tried to give her some applesauce. We're still not sure what she thought about it. Her expression is one of concern but sometimes she would lunge for the spoon... Who knows.

Isn't she cute?! :) She hasn't started crawling yet, but she lifts herself up so tall when she's on her tummy. She just has to know what is going on around her.

Welcome!! We finally have a blog up. We'll try to keep it current, but we'll see what happens. This is Elizabeth, Me (Mike) and Lydia with our favorite rhino at the Hogle Zoo in Salt Lake City, UT on Sept 17, 2005. It was Lydia's first time to the zoo and it would appear that she loved it. :)
