We got to visit Oma and Opa in Cincinnati last week! Here a just a few of the highlights...
First off, Mike and I got to go to spend a day at King's Island (rollercoaster central)!! What a great date!! We'd last gone 6 years ago when we were just engaged. Sigh, how romantic. Oma, thanks for watching the kids!
We celebrated Oma's birthday and Opa made the most fabulous cake! White cake, sauturated with vanilla pudding, piled with fresh cherries, blueberries, raspberries and strawberries. Top it all off with toasted coconut, pecans, and whipped cream... and some more strawberries. Oh glorious cake!
We also got to eat lots of "The Cone" ice cream. The Cone is a locally owned ice cream place that actually looks like an ice cream cone. Here's a picture from last year...
Isaac and Mike enjoying the stuff last week.
A priceless Isaac smile
And seriously, who can resist hugging a giant taco?
Thanks for a great time, Oma and Opa!

Awesome trip! You guys are the coolest. I'm seriously wigging out that Isaac is so tall! Love to all of you! p.s. Aw man, I wanna go on a roller-coaster date with my hunny. Jealous.
What fun you two have! What's more fun than eating ice cream and hugging giant taco's? Maybe that is what heaven is made of.
