Summer in Houston

We had a great summer.  Our local library had some great activities to keep us out of the heat.  The Texas Wildlife Rescue came and brought some fun animals to see and touch.  We got to pet an opossum!

We got to see fun science too!  With a great potassium iodide, hydrogen peroxide, and dish soap explosion!

Bridget really wanted a picture with the scientist (look how short she is if Bridget is almost up to her shoulder!)..
The Natural Science Museum came with a reptile show.  So cool!  Here is a legless lizard!
Libraries are also good for naps.

We met up with the Calls one day at their local library.  Apparently it was orange shirt day.

This is actually Costco, but it was a good library stop too.
