A butterfly!

This morning before seminary the first cacoon had changed to a dark color, you could even see spots and the pattern of the wings inside. Then after seminary there was a butterfly in the jar! That was fast! In this picture you can see the butterfly clinging to the mesh, drying its wings. You can also see the paper thin cacoon that it broke out of. And at the top left you can see the other cacoon still quite green. Well, that was this morning.

Now already, this afternoon the second cacoon has changed color, meaning it is very much becoming a butterfly and you can even see the spots through the thin cacoon. It's all happening so fast!
